Sendmail is ignoring virtusertable
Problem:
Sendmail is ignoring all changes to virtusertable, lots of email addresses are bouncing with "user unknown". Tried restarting sendmail multiple times, to no avail.
 
Solution:
# cd /etc/mail
# makemap hash virtusertable.db < virtusertable

Sendmail should not need a restart
