| Novell Client32 and Windows Terminal Server/Citrix MetaFrame; incorrect username |
|
Problem: When Novell Client32 v4.8 is installed on a Windows Terminal Server, the user gets two password prompts; first the netware one and then the NT one, even if the two are identical.
Also, the user name of the last person who logged on appears and must be deleted.

Solution: Login as a user with Administrator privileges, right-click on the systray "N" icon and select "Novell Client Properties":
- Select the "Location Profiles" tab
- Select "Default" and click "Properties"
- Select "Login Service" and "Default", then click "Properties"
- Uncheck "Save profile after successful login"
- Select the "Credentials" tab
- Clear the "Username" box
- Select the "Windows NT/2000" tab
- Clear the "Local username" box and select the correct domain
- Click "OK"
- Click "OK"
- Click "OK"
