Problem:
When trying to import/export a VMDK, the following error appears: DiskLib_Check() failed for source disk The system cannot find the file specified. (25) I have double-checked the file name and it exists.
 
Solution:
Check the order of the parameters, vmkfstools can be slightly counter-intuitive.
