Linux: System clock UTC, change setting after install
Problem:
When installing most Linux distros the user is asked if the hardware clock is set to UTC or not. When installing on dedicated hardware this can be a good idea, but in a multi-boot or virtualized environment it's usually a bad idea. How do I change this setting later on if I notice that this is causing problems?

Solution:
In /etc/sysconfig/clock, change set "UTC=true" or "UTC=false" depending on your needs.
