How to create a HTML hyperlink that opens a new browser
Problem:
When creating a HTML link off-site, it's often smart to open the link in a new browser window. Most any unique "target" will do this the first time, but subsequent references to that "target" will open in the same browser window.
 
Solution:
Use the magic target name "_blank"
