rsh: No route to host
Problem:
When attempting to use rsh for remote command execution, I get an error message saying "no route to host", but ssh and ping works as expected

Solution:
This is just one of the braindead error messages seen when using rsh and rlogin. The most common reason is that the remote host is running a firewall. Make sure it is accepting connections to TCP/513 and TCP/514
