How to reset Norman Virus Control (NVC5)
Problem: An installed version of Norman Virus Control 5 is acting up, the configuration settings do not seem to have any effect or you receive unexpected error messages.
Solution: Try renaming/removing the file "`NVCSTATE.NDF`" from your "`NORMAN\NVC\CONFIG`" directory. This will force NVC5 to rebuild its configuration from the list of installed components.
